Meet Stacey

Stacey Paneras is an audiologist and mindset coach passionate about helping people feel informed, supported and empowered throughout their hearing journey.

Throughout her career, Stacey has recognised that hearing challenges extend far beyond the ears. Hearing loss and tinnitus can influence a person's identity, confidence, relationships, communication and emotional wellbeing. This understanding has shaped her approach to hearing care, combining evidence-based audiology with practical mindset strategies to support the whole person, not just their hearing loss.

‘When people feel heard, understood and equipped with the right knowledge and tools, meaningful change becomes possible.’

This philosophy inspired the creation of The Empowered Hearing Journey, a dedicated space offering practical resources, evidence-informed guidance and strategies to help individuals navigate hearing loss, hearing aids, tinnitus and the emotional challenges that can accompany them.

Through her work, Stacey aims to make hearing care more accessible, compassionate and empowering, helping people feel better informed, more confident in their decisions and actively involved in their own hearing care.
